These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at cc-details.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by CC Details.

5. 禁止事項

7. 未成年利用禁止

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CC Details and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of foreign countries. 本サービス上、ユーザーの著作権侵害が発見されたコンテンツに関する不実表示または不誠実な主張に対する損害賠償 （弁護士費用を含む) を請求される場合があります。
11. 著作権侵害の申し立てに関する DMCA の通知と手順
デジタル ミレニアム著作権法 (DMCA) に基づき、当社の著作権代理人に書面で下記情報を提出し、通知を送ることができます (詳細については、17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) を参照)

0.2 著作物が存在するURL (ウェブページのアドレス) または著作物のコピーまたは、侵害されたと主張する著作物の説明
0.3 本サービス上、ユーザの権利を侵害していると主張するものが存在するURL またはその他の特定場所の識別
0.4 ユーザーの住所、電話番号、メールアドレス
0.5 著作権所有者またはその代理人に認識されていないことまたは法律に違反していることを誠実に証明すること
0.6 偽証罪が適用される可能性を踏まえた上で、通知情報が正確であり、ユーザーが著作権所有者であるか、著作権所有者に代わって行動する権限を与えられていることを証明。

12. エラー報告とフィードバック
You may provide us either directly at info@cc-details.com or via third-party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you shall not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other rights, title, or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have developed ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party, and (iv) Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event the transfer of the ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited, and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.

THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE PRIOR LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
15. 解除
当社は、事前の通知または責任を負うことなく、当社の独自の裁量により、理由の如何を問わず、ユーザーアカウントを直ちに解除または停止し、サービスへのアクセスをいつでも停止することができます。
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
16. 準拠法
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, which governing law applies to an agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
当社が本規約の権利または規定を執行しなかったとしても、権利の放棄とは見なされません。本規約のいずれかの条項が裁判所によって無効または執行不能と判断された場合でも、本規約の残りの条項は引き続き有効であります。本規約は、当社のサービスに関する当社間の完全な合意を構成し、本サービスに関して当社との間で締結された前の契約事項も優先して更新します。

18. 規約の改定
